Yes, 12th class appearing students can apply for JEE Main exam.

Hi Dhanush.

Yes definitely, you are eligible for taking the competitive exams. There are age restrictions or attempt restrictions, but no such restrictions are imposed in any of the competitive exams, provided you have finished the intermediate course successfuly with no failures.
