Yes, an aspirant who had persued PCMB combination in 2nd PUC can persue BSc in Computer Science course. This totally depends on the interest of the aspirant. If they have interest in coding or programming, then they can surely go for it. Only in the 1st semester they have to work hard on C programming language as they have not done any coding language in their 2nd PUC. Students have to work hard on their programming skills to understand the curriculum in a better way. Programming also requires the concept of Math, Physics, aspirants should keep this in mind as well. By getting the proper  knowledge about C programming, students will be able to procceed for other high level programming language.
