The colleges which gave seats to 250 marks and less in B Category in 2018 are Telangana are:

Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences
Dr. VRK Womens Medical College
Aayan Institute of Medical Sciences

You can get seat in these colleges. But this is 2018 data and remember that cut offs change every year.
