Yes you might get the CSC branch in first phase of counselling as last year closing rank was 15000 for CSC branch

No, in first phase of counselling it's not confirmed ,you can get ECE, ME or EEE there. With this rank you can wait for the 2nd counselling but better option would be to choose ECE or any other branch in the very first counselling.Or you can go for the other two campuses of VIT for CSE branch
