A rank of 34000 in CRL is a low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately you might not be able to get a seat in reputed universities such as IITs, NITs and IIITs.

However, since you have mentioned that you belong to the OBC category, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities are a bit more. Computer Science Engineering is a course that is very much in demand and much sought after course and the chances are very low.  There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into.
