You can wait to see if there are any more counselling rounds till the session starts, or even after that. The cutoffs might reduce in that case to come lower than the marks you got.

Otherwise, you are encouraged to enroll in other universities/courses with lower cutoffs or take a drop year to prepare for a better rank next time.
