And i researched about it and the result i got is that  FIRST YOU HAVE TO TAKE ADMISSION IN THE ALLOTTED COLLEGE IN ROUND 1st AND THEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR UPWARD MOVEMENT (2nd)  ROUND
IF YOU DON'T TAKE ADMISSION IN THE COLLEGE YOU GET IN ROUND 1ST THEN YOU CANT TAKE FILL UPWARD MOVEMENT

SO GO AND SECURE YOUR SEAT IN THE COLLEGE YOU GET.  DONT WORRY ABOUT DOCUMENTS AND FEE THEY WILL TRANSFER TO YOUR DREAM COLLEGE IF YOU WANT. 

SO AND SECURE SEAT.

If you are concerned about which branch to opt for after getting Government College, Ajmer, then you can note down the names of branches that you are eligible for with your rank (based on the previous year cutoffs) and research about them and see for yourself which branch is the best one for you and your future.
