hi Ankur,

you can get mtech in ma in some good iits.

IIT Madras : Mtech in Industrial Mathematic and Scientific Computing
IIT Patna : Mtech in Mathematics & Computing

These are some really good options you have .Check out them in detail. I would suggest IIT Madras as its the top IIT and lots of companies visit IIT Madras.
