Dear Shubha, you haven't mentioned whether you want to apply under All India Quota or State Quota. Neverthless, you need to qualify in NEET either for both Quotas to be eligible for applying. If you belong to State of Katnataka, then once the NEET results have been releeased along with the final merit list, the State Authorites will release a notification along with State Ranks and Kasturba Medical College will also release its cutoffs for various Categories. If its for All India, the DGHS on behalf of MCI will release the notifications. Once you have qualified with your score and the official notification has been released, you can register online at their official website and apply online. During the choice filling and locking option, you can select this college as your choice. Admission in KMC Manipal for MBBS is only through NEET which may be by all india quota or state management quota(if you belong to manipal then thers is good chance).

There is no other way around this. It depends on whether you filled choice for it or not.If yes, then you have to wait for the results and when the online counseling starts & Seat allotment by DGHS is done, you have to report to the Institute itself.
