Hello,

Vitthal College of Education is a private institute that offer B.Ed course in Patna and fees is around 1.5 lakhs. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by the Patliputra University, Patna.
This course in Vitthal College is a full time course and you will have to attend daily classes and training sessions in order to complete degree.
