I want to become a government high school teacher....then which is best bsc general or bsc honours??

Hello,

Go for BSc Hons in your preferred subject, that will give you more in depth knowledge about the subject, and you can further pursue master's degree also, if you are looking at recruitment in government schools then appear for exams such as CTET or state level SETs pursuing BEd is compulsory, and as I said if you pursue master's degree you can become Post Graduate Teacher which offers a good payscale too, and you can also consider appearing for CSIR NET or state level SETs for lectuership.

As you have mentioned that you want to become a government high school teacher and you want to know about the course that would be better for you that. Is bsc general or bsc honours.

So, undoubtedly bsc honours degree would be a better option for your application for the post. It will give an edge during your interview.
