Hello Niytee

To master English language i would suggest you to do English honors first from a recognized university, learning English wouldn't be a problem.

Now, since you want to become a foriegn teacher. To teach English abroad, you don't really need a degree or experience. The key requirement is the "accredited TELF or TELSOL certification ". TELF - Teaching English as a Foriegn Language,  TELSOL - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Accredited training will be required in your resume by the employers of different countries. The recruiters prefer native English speaking people and people who have some sort of professional training. TELF will give you ghe the skills and tools you will need to teach as a professional, you will also learn the ways to explain and teach to speakers of other languages. It takes time to get certified and also takes big amount of money but at last its all worth.

Hope this helps. All the best!
