hi,

see it never too late for studying newly, however you have less chances for selection in regular colleges, it would be best if you try for open university or morning or evening colleges, you may go for netaji subhs open university, IGNOUS CENTER IN KOLKATA, st peters college, VIPS - Vision Institute of Professional Studies.
