These steps should be followed if you want to edit your father's name in 10th and 12th marksheet:

1) Get the Application form

First of All, you should take the Application Form. You can download it from the official website.

2) Fill up the Application form

Secondly, read the instruction carefully and fill the form by correctly giving all the details.

3) Submitting Document

You need to submit some document such as school leaving certificate of the previous school, a portion of page of admission and withdrawal register of the school, for the name correction process.

4) Submitting Fees

Lastly, you have to pay some fees in order to get the corrections made. Fees for changing Father's / Mother's name  is Rs 1000 + actual cost of the document.

Once the verification of original records of the school is done, necessary corrections will be made by the board.
