If you want to get admission in IITs for M.Sc programme then you can appear for IIT JAM Entrance exam. IITJAM held for the admission to various post graduate (PG) science programmes including integrated Ph.D, M.Sc etc. in 16 participating including Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, IIT Bhubaneswar, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Guwahati, IIT Madras, IIT Patna and IIT Ropar.

MDU Rohtak etc. the admission is based on its own entrance test.
