PG Diploma in Yoga is a 2-year postgraduate degree program, the minimum eligibility is bachelors degree from a recognized college or its equivalent exam. Admission to P.G. Yoga is depending upon the premise of students performance in a relevant entrance exam, and subsequent round of counseling.

PG Diploma in Yoga is Diploma level Yoga and Naturopathy program. The program teaches, prepare and get ready deserving students in the various parts of Yoga, which deals with the problems of integration of personality as an initial step to set oneself up for the higher exclusive practices.

The PG diploma program in yoga prepares the candidates as Yoga Therapy teacher or instructor as paramedical personnel in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes to introduce IAYT under the direction of specialists, the members to run their own Yoga Centres they fill in as advisors at Naturopathy doctor's facilities, health clubs etc.

The average tuition fee charged for the course in India ranges between INR 10,000 to 10 lacs, for a span of 2 years. The course is beneficial for experienced Yoga teachers or senior Yoga practitioners or Health practitioners including medical professionals who want to learn and use Yoga Techniques from Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy for treatment of various diseases. They can become teacher and lecturer after its completion; they can go for permanent lectureship after UGC-NET. They can run private yoga centers and clubs for teaching and consultancy. Such postgraduates are hired in capacities such as Yoga Therapy Instructor, Gym Manager-cum-Instructor, Therapist, Yoga Trainer, Consultant Yoga Therapist, Panchakarma Therapist, Marketing Field Worker, Clinical Psychologist, Receptionist & Office Assistant, Teacher/Private Tutor, Customer Relationship Executive, Front Office Assistant, Customer Relationship Executive etc. The average annual salary offered to such professionals ranges between INR 3to 20 lacs, increasing with candidates experience and expertise.
