Yes there are  possibilities to do PG in MLT
And even to do in distance.

Going for advanced courses after graduation will be use
MLT graduates have a handful PG to choose from.

If you can learn by yourself,if you can cover syllabus successful then go fot it.
Many students have chosen to do PG in distance
But  it may varies from state to state in time of admission.
