No, himanshu its not compulsary to give paper 2. paper 2 is for architecture . all you need to do is clear paper 1 only followed by advance.

No, JEE main paper 2 is not compulsory for IITs.

In order to take admission in IITs you have to qualify JEE Main paper 1 then you can apply for JEE Advanced exam.
