Dear Komal, A visa is a conditional authorisation for a foreigner to visit another country or live in that country for a specific period of time. There are student visas, tourist visas, employment visas, spousal visas etc. You do not require a visa to study German in India. Please visit the nearest German teaching branch to check their requirements.
