The crux of the matter is that one may get a job after completion of Bachelor's in his/her own country after cracking a competitive exam.
On the contrary, for a job in foreign country, one needs to have exceptional qualifications and only Bachelor's is not sufficient for any job outside one's own nation.
For a B.Sc. holder, I'd suggest applying and achieving high in GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and TOEFL/IELTS too, then you'll be able to study M.S. in an International University.
After that, with determined hard work, you'll get a good job outside India.
