Hi Manasa, hope you are doing well, SRM main campus is really good with good placements. It's good to hear that you are choosing Civil engineering where usually don't prefer much, so I appreciate your choice of interest. The thing you have to remember is that even though the placements are good enough you need to prove yourself with your outstanding talents to get good package per month. On average you can expect 1L per month as a civil engineer in SRM main campus provided you have good talents in your required field. And coming to your point of becoming BOSS it takes time and you can not directly go for the position of boss.
