Hi, The detailed eligibility criteria for CEED is:

Aspiring candidates must have passed a degree/diploma/postgraduate degree of 4 years or 3+2 years.
Candidates who are appearing in the final exam of the above mentioned programmes by July 2018 are also eligible to apply.
Candidates who have passed GD Arts diploma programme by July 2017 are also eligible for applying and appearing in CEED 2018.
A candidates can apply for CEED as many time as he/she wants. There is no cap on the number of times candidates can appear in CEED 2018.
As per IIT Bombay, there is also no age limit for being eligible for CEED 2018.

So as per your qualification you are not eligible.
