Both the courses are nearly same. Both are management studies in 2 years duration.

MMS means Masters in Management studies in which you can get salary from 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs per year. It has real time training in industries.

MBA means Masters in Business Administration in which you can get salary from 4lakhs to 10 lakhs per year.

Based on the experience, salary will increase. Most of the industries are the job locations.
