The fee for semi government colleges will be more compared to government college, and it changes from State to state. It may range from approximately 25 lakhs to 60 lakhs for the whole course of MBBS and these may change according to state, and the college and if you belong to  reservation category ,then you can get scholarships as well  , but I suggest you to try to score more marks enough  to get seat in a government college, if not then go for semi government colleges.
