Hello Sanjay, 

NEET 2019 will be held on 5th May 2019 and the results will be declared online on 5th June 2019. However answer key for self analysis will be available online tentatively by 25th May 2019.

The NEET 2019 results are to be declared  by 5th June'19.Thus, there is still much time for the result declaration.
