I would say both the colleges are good as they are under Delhi University. But on comparison I would recommend you to go for satyawati college. The ranking of satyawati is better than zakir hussain college. Also satyawati is close to north campus and is considered a college of north campus whereas zakir hussain is a south campus college. So I would suggest you to go for satyawati college.
