There is no such big difference between the private or distance education mode as private Mode means Correspondence education which is offered by the Open Universities like IGNOU, KSOU etc whereas distance Mode means to the university course from various centers in all over the country like PTU, SMU etc and it is always preferred to opt for a regular mode instead of these two but if you are keen to pursue through either of the two modes then one should opt for a good and recognized University.
