No there is no as such compulsion for it as you to study maths atleast at 12 grade but as you have mentioned that you are doing b.com(h) so i'm assuning you had study maths in your 12 grade. So you can puruse MBA in Finance from any institute.

As per the university guidelines eligiblity criteria for MBA finance is such that the candidates should to 10+2+3 from any feild with atleast 55% and you should have maths  or bussiness maths if not in graduation than atleast till 12 th however from being from maths background will be advantagius for you !
