For persuing mbbs in India

• Complete 12th from recognized board having physics, chemistry and biology as subject with minimum of 50% each. 
• Qualify the neet or aiims and get any admission to any gov. or private medical colleges. 

 So these are the 2 requirement if you fulfill it you are eligible for mbbs course to do.
