Hello Anjali,
In this situation that you are moving every dropper has to face that .. so as your concern if you have a confidence in you so please do it and ask a chance from your parent that you will qualify your neet in 2020 .. if you have confidence in you and in this long 1 year you should not loose hope in yourself as many people is there to demotivate you in this one year but you have to make self confidence in yourself that you will qualify your neet by 2020 and prepare for the neet .. i hope you will qualify it if you work hard
Thank you
And best of luck for your future

Dear Anjali, there is always a concern of 'What if it doesn't go well?' among every child and parent. The approach is little different because you bring your dreams and youth to the table  while parents come with experiences. Few years back my parents and I had the same issue. Against my wishes my mum enrolled me to B.Sc college while preparing for the exams parallelly. I got a seat that year and my mum applied for TC from B.Sc and got me admitted to Professional course. That was just a back up plan if I didnt get a seat. Its the same in your case as well. You can study B.Sc on par with NEET preparation and you will not lose out on a year if things do not turn in your favour. With no upper age limit for NEET, you may try as many times as you want. There is no stopping you. It might sound disinteresting and nothing before MBBS, but trust me even B.Sc has multiple career options that you might have not even thought of. If you are joining B.Sc, do not consider it as giving up on your ambition. Rather consider this as a forethought or a Back up plan. But for now, your focus shouldnt be what after May 5th. It should be May 5th.
