If you want to write the AIIMS exam, you’ll actually need to appear for NEET-UG now. There’s no separate AIIMS entrance exam anymore — it was merged with NEET a few years ago. So yeah, if you’re aiming for AIIMS, crack NEET with a top score.

Start preparing seriously with NCERT books, practice mock tests, and stay consistent. Keep checking for updates. The form usually comes out between December and February, and the exam is held around May.
