First of all AIIMS Delhi holds its own separate entrance examination at the UG level as well for admission to MBBS course
The marks me vary from here to hear but you need to get a rank definitely within the top 100 if not top 50 in order to make through to the seats available in unreserved category
the unreserved cutoffs I usually around the 99th percentile as you can imagine so you need to have a very high level of preparation and there is no compromise regarding that

the minimum marks i can give that is 135 above and maximum marks is 152 inwhich in this range of marks you will get the seat in AIIMS delhi sure for 100%
