I would sugggest mba in Banking and HR is a good option to pursue as you can easily get job in bank after pursuing mba in finance from a reputed college. And also, you will get Various opportunities. There will be various options for you if you pursue mba in finance and HR like Investment banker, company accounting,  hr jobs etc.
And if you're very sure about banking and the post like PO or any other then you should go for the banking exams.
But If you have any doubt regarding the same then you should go for mba as it will open more options for you.

If you wish to make a career in banking, MBA in finance will indeed work better for you as HR management is more about managing the human resources as compared to monetary matters.

If you wish to join a public sector Bank, you need to appear for the IBPS PO examination. This is a good option if you wish to apply for a specialized position.

If you wish to work in a private sector bank, you should look for Universities that have a good track record with placements in the best banks of the country. You can refer to the placement records of Universities on their websites to know more about the recruitment programs of that University. You can also apply for job opportunities directly through recruitment portals of various banks.

In private banks, more often than not, you'll have to work your way upwards in order to land a high post.
