UPSC conducts various entrance examination such as NDA, ESE, CSE. If you are enquiring about Civil Service Entrance Examination then the minimum age to apply for UPSC Civil Service Examination is 21 years as of August 1st in the year of application. And the upper age limit as of August 1st in the year of application is 32 years. There is a relaxation of maximum of three years on upper age limit for OBC category candidates is applicable. So you can appear for UPSC CSE until you attain the age of 35 years. Your age as of August 1st, 2023 will be 35 years 1 months 18 days which is above 35 years so you are not eligible to apply for UPSC CSE 2023.
