According to the eligibility criteria for writing UPSC examination, candidate must be of age 21 years as on 1st August of the year of appearing for UPSC examination i. e as on 1st August 2023 for UPSC 2023.
every caste category has different age criteria for eligibility.
for OBC- its 35 years, SC/ST- 37 years, and for general its 32 years.
so according to your birth age yes you are eligible according to the minimum age criteria but you need to check your category as well.
