I was born in April 1994, am I eligible to participate in NEET 2019? How many times can I give the exam in total?

According to the eligibility crietria for NEET 2019 exam, candidate should not be more than 25 years of age for Unreserved category and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.
However, this case of maximum age limit is pending before Supreme Court, final criteria will be notified with the release of NEET application form.
And, there is no limit on permitted number of attempts.

I come under the OBC category, so am I eligible for 2019 NEET?
