If you belong to general category, you need to be less than 25 years of age as on December 31, 2019. As per now, you won't be eligible for 2019 NEET as your age will be more than 25. But, please note that the upper age limit is continuously being discussed by the board and supreme court, so changes may occur.

Hey Pinky,
The minimum age for NEET eligibility is 17 yr and maximum age is 25 years
So you may be you will be eligible, you can calculate your age by some apps . Since you did not mention your n date and month so we can't help more
