As you are born in Gujarat and you have domicile of Gujarat state then you are eligible for counselling of Gujarat if you meet the qualifying score for neet counselling.

Talking about 85% quota, it will depend upon your neet score. 85% state quota seats will be given on the basis of Gujarat state merit rank. ACPUGMEC will conduct online counselling.
