I was born on 31 July 2003 can I give neet exam now I'm studying in 11th std

Dear Mohan, 


No, you can't appear for NEET in the coming year, i.e. 2019. You are not only ineligible as per age requirements, but also as per requirements of the qualifying examination. 

  • As per the age related eligibility criteria of NEET 2019, you should complete at least 17 years as on December 31, 2019, and as per the DOB you have told, you will be of 16 years and 5 months on Dec. 31, 2019. So, that makes you ineligible. 
  • Furthermore, besides age, you are also required to fulfill the qualifying examination requirements according to which you must have passed or be appearing in final exams of Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects. Also, you need to pass in these subjects individually, and are required to bring at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB (40% for SC/ST and 45% for Gen-PwD).
