For students in all categories, the minimum age requirement is 17 years old as of December 31 of the year of admission. Therefore, candidates must be born on or before December 31st in order to be eligible for the reduced age limit. There is no restriction on the maximum age at which applicants may take the NEET exam.

So, yes you are eligible for NEET 2026.
