Hey Prasad !
Although you do have quite a good score but there's a huge probability that you might just miss a seat in any of the medical colleges of Bihar even through State Quota.
In 2018, the cutoff for the ST category students was a score of 429 and the last student went to
Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai.
And as per the trends, there's a chance that the cutoff might be on a rise which would make your chances tough.

However, if you wish to apply through BDS, you do have chances.

Hope this helps.

All the Best !

Hello Prasad

I definitely make you sure that you can easily get admission in any government medical college on these marks because you are belong to ST category so according to last year trend of cutoff for ST student is 40 percentile and between 116 to 96 in marks. So start see colleges and make your choice fine.

Thank you
