You have a fine rank, also since you haven't mentioned that you are from outside or from the state, so I'll consider you a WB resident. With your rank you can make it to Jadavpur University, but not sure about the branch. Definitely branches like CS, ECE, MECH. and ELECTRICAL won't entertain you but rest might. Also you can definitely get Kalyani government college, Jalpaiguri government college and other institutes like Haldia and Techno India.
