Hello Aspirant!

You can do B.Sc. in Physics if you have passed your class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as the main subjects.
The requirement for M.Sc. Animation is Bachelor's degree in any stream with drawing skills.
If you want to do B.Sc. Physics after M.Sc. Animation, you can do that but it depends on the institution's eligibility requirements- some institutes require students get admitted to B.Sc. within a particular period of time (like 4 years) after passing class 12th.
