For all three subject physics , chemistry, biology NCERT textbooks are best . And also see the syllabus of neet on cbsemeet.nic.in. all the best

for neet biology- NCERT TEXTBOOK OF CLASS 11th and 12th

physics-solve ncert questions at the end of chapter and for reference go with modules of leading coaching instiute

chemistry-again ncert and same as above
