Yes you can definitely get a seat in MBBS  government medical college in state quota And also you can get admission in reserved category also.last year the cutoff for Inc category was somewhat between 280-480 marks so this year also cutoff will fall under the same range ..so yes you can definitely get a seat.

In 2018, under SEBC category  410 marks secured a Medical seat in MP Shah Meducal College. That was the cut off. Going by the previous cut offs, you have a chance at:

GMC, Baroda
GMC, Surat
PDU Medical College
GMC, Bhavnagar
