Yes, you can take the exam for NEETPG again next year and if you get good rank you can drop out from current college and join a different college with the department of your choice. You have to join the college as a fresher which means that you will have to repeat your 1st year of MD for that particular department. Prepare well, think carefully and then take a decision.
