Both are very good colleges as far as placement and career scopes are concerned. But if I were to answer only one, then I'll tell you to go for VIT chennai because as far as I know the infrastructure of VIT Vellore is not that developed and even I've head about the food not being that good in VIT Vellore. Campus is also spacious and big for VIT Chennai.
