Hi Karthikeya,

The Common Law Entrance Test is for admissions to the various Undergraduate law courses in India. The eligibility criteria says that the candidate should have passed 12th examination. As it does not mention anything about improvement examinations, you can goo ahead and register yourself if you meet the criteria.
