Hello dear student,
As you said you have studied 10 years in Karnataka and you have the domicile of another state which is Maharashtra  . Yes, you are eligible to take admission in Karnataka under 85% quota as the condition is you should be a resident of Karnataka for at least 6 years from the given year. While you have studied 10 years in Karnataka. So it would be better if you apply for the domicile of the Karnataka state so that you can get the benefits of the 85% quota in the state otherwise there is a possibility that while admission in MBBS college they ask for the domicile as they might can question for eligibility for your seat in MBBS.
I hope this was helpful to you
Best wishes
