So, to answer your question, I would say that with your rank even in the category reservation, is a bit too much to get into CMR college for most of the streams. I will put down the cutoffs of some streams below, for ST category ( boys ) :

So, as you can see , you don't have much chances of getting a seat in the first round , but you can definitely wait for the second round.
